Brian Hart has been part of B&J Roofing’s story since 1979, when he joined the company and began learning every facet of the business from the ground up. Over the years, his hands-on experience, commitment to craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service helped shape the strong reputation B&J Roofing is known for today. In 2006, Brian and his partner, Phis Godfrey, purchased the company from founders Bill and Judy Jordan, continuing its legacy of quality and integrity.

Now serving as CEO, Brian leads B&J Roofing with the same values that have defined the company for nearly five decades: accountability, consistency, and pride in every project. Under his leadership, B&J Roofing has remained committed to using in-house crews and maintaining a high standard of workmanship that sets the company apart in a competitive market. Brian’s belief in the company motto, “Quality = Value,” continues to guide both the team and the service they provide every customer.

David Sundberg brings decades of construction and general contracting experience to B&J Roofing. He began working with the company in 1986 and became equal Partner in 2025.

As COO, David oversees daily operations, field production, and project execution. He supports the company’s in-house model and ensures consistent workmanship on every roof repair and roof replacement project.

Darren Lowrey has been a part of B&J Roofing since 1989, bringing decades of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to every customer interaction. He began his career working directly on the roof, where he spent nearly 20 years gaining firsthand experience in proper installation techniques, jobsite safety, and quality workmanship.

After transitioning into the office, he served as Operations Manager, where he developed a strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and execution. He later moved into estimating and sales, where his extensive field experience continues to be a major advantage. Having worked on roofs himself, he understands exactly what it takes to complete each project correctly and to specification.

Today, as Sales Manager, he combines practical, real-world roofing expertise with a customer-focused approach—ensuring accurate estimates, clear communication, and solutions that align with both client expectations and best construction practices. His background allows him to bridge the gap between the jobsite and the customer, delivering results built on trust, knowledge, and experience.

David Aguilar is the Operations Manager at B&J Roofing and brings 23 years of experience in the roofing industry—all of which have been with B&J Roofing. His career is built on hands-on expertise, dedication, and a deep commitment to quality workmanship.

Throughout his career, David has gained extensive experience in both residential and commercial roofing, including new roof installations, tear-offs, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. He is highly skilled in shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems and is experienced in reading job plans, operating roofing tools and equipment safely, and ensuring every project meets B&J Roofing’s high standards of quality and performance.

David is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions. Safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are always top priorities in his approach to every job. In 2025, he was promoted to Operations Manager, where he now oversees three in-house crews, ensuring each team completes assigned projects with consistency, efficiency, and exceptional craftsmanship.

David takes great pride in his work and in being part of B&J Roofing. To him, the company is more than a workplace—it is a family, and he is proud to contribute to its continued success.

Narciso Castro has been a dedicated member of the B&J Roofing team for over 24 years. His journey with the company reflects hard work, perseverance, and a deep sense of family—values that have defined his career from the very beginning. Narciso joined B&J Roofing alongside many family members and colleagues, including his father, his uncle Andrés, Mr. José Dominguez, and others who helped build a strong and close-knit Latino presence within the company.

Like many who start in the roofing industry, Narciso arrived with little experience but a strong willingness to learn. Over time, he developed his skills by working side by side with experienced team members and mentors. He credits much of his professional growth to the guidance and support of Darren, Rick, Bill Bilman, and his father, who served as teachers throughout his career, as well as Brian, who gave him the opportunity to work at B&J Roofing and later supported his development as a leader.

Narciso earned the opportunity to lead his own crew and continued to grow in responsibility. After an on-the-job incident that temporarily kept him off the roofs for eight months, the company invested in his development by sending him to specialized seminars covering various roofing systems. This period became a turning point in expanding his technical knowledge and leadership capabilities. Upon returning, he worked in roof repairs before transitioning back to full roofing operations.

In 2025, Narciso was promoted to Manager of the Repair Department, where he now leads with experience, care, and a strong commitment to quality. He views the B&J Roofing team as an extended family and takes pride in working together to ensure every customer is satisfied. Narciso remains deeply grateful for the people who helped shape his career and continues to pass that knowledge forward to others on the team.
